In the course of the chat Jett Pihakis, Haas Co-Director of Admissions, revealed that applications at Haas during round 1 & 2 soared 30% over last year.

Many schools have reported that applications are up. Several months ago Tuck reported a 39% jump over last year. Haas' leap' indicate that the increase wasn't a R1 flash in the pan.
